OLMC School Summer Reading

Welcome to OLMC School Summer reading web page!  To access a copy of the school's recommended summer reading list, please click on the grade your child will be entering in September 2010.  Heading this list is the title of the required reading book(s) as well.

This summer explore Tumblebooks with your child! Just click on the graphic below!

Recognizing the role parents play in cultivating a love of reading in their children OLMC School encourages the parent's active participation in encouraging their child to continue to read throughout the summer.  In addition to the summer reading list, below are some web sites that offer more choices and lists that suggest reading activities, tips on selecting books that interest children and practical ways to increase any child's reading skills while fostering a love of books.

The summer reading program sponsored the Bucks County Library is an excellent way to continue the reading habit throughout the summer and have fun too!    This year the theme is Make A Splash - READ. For information about registration (begins June 19) and activities, go to the Bucks County Library web site.
