Discipline Procedures

General information concerning our school discipline procedures is published in the Student Handbook. In Grade Six, these procedures will be in place.

• Discipline Record Book.
• Demerits, detention and reflection that accompany the Personal Development and Behavior grade

Homework Procedures

Although homework will be posted daily on SchoolNotes, it will be the responsibility of the student to copy assignments accurately and completely into his/her planner during the course of the school day.

In Grade Six, these procedures will be in place.

• Assignment chart in front of both classrooms
• Parent’s review of and signature on the daily planner

Grading Procedure

In Grade Six, students will have a combined assessment of:

1. Test marks
2. Projects
3. Daily class work, written and oral
4. Completed homework

Service Project

This year, the students in Grade Six will participate in a year-long service project showing respect for human life by collecting supplies and raising funds for mothers and babies in need.
